February 18, 2024 • Esther Lee
Esther invites us to slow down, breathe in, breathe out, use short simple phrases, and our imagination, to centre ourselves on the peace of Jesus and help us connect with the still, small voice of God. Pray Along: A.C.T.S (8 minutes)
February 18, 2024 • Jummy Yusuf
Christians have long used A.C.T.S as an acronymn to be guided through a time of prayer. Jummy takes us through each point, giving a verse to inspire us and then leaving lots of space for us to engage in Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication...

Pray Along: From You To The City (22 minutes)
February 18, 2024 • Verena Byrne
Verena uses a cycle of Scripture, reflection and space to pray, to help us engage with God in different circles. Starting with ourselves, we then gradually zoom out to pray for those we live with, those who live or work near us and finally for our whole city.
Pray Along: Prayer Walking (37 minutes)
February 18, 2024 • Aaron Carr • Isaiah 62
Aaron has cultivated this prayer walk session beautifully! It leads us through both a devotional time with Jesus as we walk, and a time of interceding for our area. Use it in a moment of walking around your neighbourhood. If 37 mins is too long a walk for you, use the first 14 minutes as a devotional, then head out to your 'neighbourhood' for intercession! Isaiah 62 is referred to, if you want to have it open. BACKGROUND MUSIC courtesy of Chris Donald & the Kings Heath Community Group, the lockdown sessions!
