Courage: The Backbone of a Virtuous Life Courage is not optional, but necessary and central to the life to which God calls us. “Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point” (C.S. Lewis). Men, we live in times of tremendous testing, and so we need to know what courage is and how to develop it.  Join us for our Men's Conference at Singing Hills in Plainfield as we gather and investigate this topic together.
