Deep End

August 23, 2020 • Cameron Shepherd Beyenberg • Acts

Easter has come and gone with the chants of He is Risen still echoing around us. But, what does Jesus' resurrection mean for our everyday lives? How does His resurrection power affect our homes, cities, churches, and nations? What does "He is Risen" mean when it feels like He's far away? Resurrection leads to action. It means the birth of the Church, the outpouring of the Spirit of God, the expansion of God's Kingdom, the growth of the community of believers, the extreme generosity of God's people, and the actions of God's children empowered by His finished work. Easter hasn't stopped and God is still at work today, so join us as we learn how to live in the resurrection power in our conversation "The Book of Acts".
