The Trick Play Of Christmas

2 Samuel 7:8-13

December 26, 2010 • Pastor Ronald H. Gann

Beyond Sabbath keeping, the Christian Church has historically deemed certain days of the calendar year to be holy. Christmas and Easter are two such examples. They are holy days (or “holidays”) which virtually every Christian celebrates annually.

Beginning with Advent, which commemorates a period of preparation for the coming of Christ, the holiday season moves swiftly to the birth story of Christ (Christmas) before reaching its apex with holy week and the resurrection story of Christ (Easter).

In this collection of holiday sermons, Pastor Ronald H. Gann looks at the accounts of Christmas and Easter and expounds upon what each holiday means to those who have put their trust in Jesus Christ.
