Rev. Dr. Doug Strong is the Paul T. Walls Professor of Wesleyan Studies and the History of Christianity at SPU. Prior to his current position, he was the founding dean of Seattle Pacific Seminary, and before that, a professor and Associate Dean at Wesley Seminary in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Houghton College and Princeton Theological Seminary. Doug is married to Cindy and the father of two adult sons, Tim and Nate.
