·     Vendor set up will begin at 6am on the dates listed below and will be closing at 11am. All vendors must be off campus by 12pm.

·     Dates of “Meet Me At The Oak” will be the first Saturday of every month. In the event of rain, the event will be cancelled for that month.

May 4th, June 1st, July 6th, August 3rd, September 7th, October 5th

·     There is NO charge for any booth!

·     You are responsible for your own tables, chairs, 10x10 tent, table cloths, etc. that you would like to use in your space. (Click "More" for additional info)

·     Trash cans will be available on site for use but are limited. Please be mindful.

·     No childcare will be provided. The playground is open for children; however, you are responsible for your own family.

·     No bathrooms will be open during the event.

·     No electricity will be available during the event; however, if you would like to bring a small, electric generator without a lot of noise, that is acceptable to use.

·     We do reserve the right to refuse for your booth to be accepted if you are selling items that are directly contrary to the church’s guidelines (alcohol, tobacco, inappropriate goods, etc.)
