As a Christian, have you ever found yourself wondering "How am I supposed to find joy in this season or situation, Lord?" If you're like us, you've probably echoed this exact sentiment multiple times before. With each passing year, new seasons and new circumstances come our way...and honestly sometimes it can be very hard to find "joy" in the journey God has laid before us. Join us and Lifeway author Vaneetha Risner as we spend the day learning about finding "Joy in the Journey." Through physical suffering, the loss of a child, and more, the Lord has faithfully shown Vaneetha how He walks with His people through the highs and lows of the journey He has given us. Hear how God graciously brought joy from pain and hope from loss as Vaneetha walks us through her own story and helps us weave biblical principles into ours. Learn how to lay your heart bare before the Lord and sit in His presence, waiting on His hope, His aid, and His joy! Acclaimed musician Melody Griffin will be returning for the second year to lead our hearts in worship of the King. Please note that we will provide light breakfast foods as well as a full lunch on the day of the conference. At this time, we are unable to guarantee our menu is allergen friendly. If you have dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring foods that would meet your needs for the day. Registration begins January 16th.
