'Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”
Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.”
Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.'

The way home

People are lost, they don't know what to do or where to go. You and I have a responsibility to tell the world that Jesus is the only way. Isaiah 42:6-7. People everywhere on this earth are sitting in spiritual darkness and prison. Isaiah 49:6. Acts 13:47. God has given us an order, to show people the way home. Jesus is the Light of the world.

John 1:1. 1 John 5:7. Jesus Christ is the Word of God. Zephaniah 3:10. Acts 8:27. Uncle Angus talks about the Ethiopian eunuch who had travelled to Israel to worship the Lord, and Phillip who told him about Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53. God has put eternity into the hearts of all men. God is calling all mankind to salvation.

Hebrews 13:8. There is nothing more powerful than a personal testimony. Acts 6:10, 15. Steven became the first martyr as he testified about the power of God. People are not interested in what we have to say, they are interested in what He, Jesus Christ, the Word of God has to say. Colossians 1:27. When they looked at Stephen they they thought that they were looking at an angel, because they could see Christ in him. When Jesus speaks, we need to listen up.
