Volunteers are needed for Eggstravaganza! The event will occur on Saturday, March 23rd with volunteer arrival between 7:30 - 8:00 am. We are looking for volunteers for roles such as... * Set-Up Crew - includes setting up games, craft table, check-in table, and story time room (arrival 7:30 am) * Pancake Breakfast Crew - includes prep, serving and cleanup (arrive at 7:30 am) * Check-in - includes checking in registered attendees to the event and handing out the event schedule (arrival at 8:00 am) * Egg Hiders - includes hiding eggs according to a predetermined map (arrival at 8:00 am) * Guides - includes guiding your assigned group to Tiffany Loop according to their egg hunt schedule (arrival at 8:00 am) * Craft Table Supervisors - includes setting up, and cleaning up the craft station, as well as engaging with the families and children crafting (arrival at 8:00 am) * Games Leaders - includes leading and supervising a game as well as engaging with families and children (arrival at 8:00 am) * Story Time Actors/Readers - includes reading the story of Easter as well as acting out a short skit (arrival 8:00 am) * Crossing Guards - includes making sure children and families safely cross the crosswalk to Tiffany Loop for their designated egg hunt (arrival 8:00 am) * Egg Hunt Supervisors - includes helping children and families during the egg hunt if needed, keeping children and families within the borders of the egg hunt, and announcing the start and end of the egg hunt (arrival 8:00 am) * Clean-Up Crew - includes cleaning up the craft station, games, check-in table, as well as collecting any extra eggs or trash left behind at Tiffany Loop (arrival at 11:45 am) If you are interested in one or more of the roles above, please register to volunteer here!
