East Newnan Baptist Church recognizes Baby Dedication as a commitment between the child's family and God. There is an equally important commitment between the church congregation, that child's family, and God. These commitments can be summed up best by looking to Deuteronomy 6:4-7 and understanding that East Newnan Baptist Church looks at being a part of the body of believers as being a part of the Christian Family thus instructing each of us to take part in the Biblical training of the children.
