Josh Loy is part of the Reach Staff. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, and received undergraduate degrees in Youth Ministry and Bible from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. He's also the Director of Counseling Recovery and Chaplain at Eastside Academy, where he's counseled at-risk teens for 8+ years.
