It is not a therapy session, but rather a great time of learning, renewing, and asking God to do even more than He already has in your marriage. This is not an uncomfortable experience, and you will not be required or pressured to share more than you are comfortable sharing. My wife (Co-Pastor) and I have gone to this retreat in Indiana for many years and I have seen everything from strong couples growing stronger to miracles of reconciliation happen that were long overdue.
