Every autumn, thousands of Senior and Mature Adults from all over the country converge on the mountain town of Gatlinburg TN for Jubilee. It’s a wonderful time of singing, laughing and preaching where countless lives have been encouraged and changed. This year is going to be the best yet, and we would like to invite you to join us! Answer - Gatlinburg TN Question - When is the Jubilee conference? Answer - September 27-29 2021 Question - How much does the Jubilee conference cost? Answer - It varies, there are two tiers of hotels you can choose from. Lodging plus tickets to the conference vary depending on the hotel you choose and how many are in the room. Question -How do I/we register for the conference? Answer - You register individually, we (Grace Fellowship Church) are not registering as a group since you can choose where you want to stay. Simply click on this link: http://www.jubileeconferences.com/fall/registration.html The website is set up mainly for groups, since you are registering as individuals you can simple pay the $150.00 deposit with your name(s). You can also call the office to register on the phone. 1-800-616-8863 Question - Can we choose to stay somewhere else besides the listed hotels? Answer - You can choose to register just for the conference and coordinate your own lodging. There are many hotels in the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area and thousands of cabins as well. You just need to be mindful of allowing for heavy traffic in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. So allow yourself time to arrive in time for the conference start times. The recommended hotels are all within walking distance of the Jubilee venue. Question: What is the deadline to register? Answer: There is not a deadline but there may be discounts for early registration. And sometimes the best hotels fill up quickly. The conference could sell out as well. Question - Is the Church (Grace Fellowship Church) providing a transportation option (Bus etc) Answer - No. Each person or couple attending the Jubilee is responsible for their own transportation. Some of you may want to invite another couple or individual to travel with you and share the costs and/or to enjoy the fellowship. Some of you may want to go early or stay over in the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area and extend your trip into a vacation. This is totally up to you.
