In preparation for our celebration of the resurrection of Jesus (Easter), we are sharing of the necessity of his death and the initiation of a covenant between God and humankind. Sharing things which foreshadowed the sacrifice of Jesus.
Jesus the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, was slain by crucifixion, buried, and raised from the dead. HIs resurrection becomes the proof of the resurrection of those who believe in him and live in him.
