UShop is a way the people of University can help to collect non-perishable items for the needy in our community. If you can, and are able, please consider donating some of the non-perishable food items listed below. The items you donate will be used to support food pantries at Easter Seals, Christian Assistance Ministry (CAM), partnering schools, etc. Easter Seals’ top food needs: peanut butter & proteins (canned chicken, tuna, beans) CAM’s top needs: Jelly, soup, full-size hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) General food for both organizations: peanut butter, jelly, cereal, packages of instant food (instant rice, pasta, etc.), pasta sauce, canned vegetables (green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, carrots, mixed vegetables), canned fruit (peaches, apricots, mixed fruits, etc.), boxed macaroni & cheese, beans (canned or bagged), canned meat & protein (Spam, Vienna sausage, canned chili), canned tuna & chicken, and canned soups (chicken, tomato, vegetable, cream of mushroom, etc.) Drop items off at the following times and locations: · Mondays - Thursdays, 8:30am – 4pm, Main Office · South Campus Sunday mornings, in the hallway outside of the Main Office · North Campus Sunday mornings, in the Worship Center Lobby ** If you know of families in need of food, please contact Pauline Ramirez at PRamirez@UniversitySATX.Org or call the Main Office at 210.696.1033.
