Today in Worship we continue our sermon series, Come Home to Extraordinary Love. As we explore who we are as a church in the month of August, each week we will look at one of our Mission Essentials laid out in our 4D Vision Plan. Today, we will talk about Grow by looking at Matthew 7:24-27. As Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount, he reminds us that our growth in faith requires that we put his words into action. We will ask ourselves two questions: are we putting ourselves in the right position to grow? And are we putting Jesus’s words into action in the world? We will use Suntree UMC’s Launch into Extraordinary Love process to frame how we hope to grow as a church and as individuals.
