Annette's service with be Thursday, August 10 at 10:30am at Colorado Community Church Annette Maynard Bigalk, 82, died of natural causes on July 19, 2023. She was born in July 16, 1941 in Canon City, CO to Frank and Violet Maynard. Following her school years in Canon City, Annette graduated from University of Colorado in Audiology. She went on to get her masters in Health Administration from Regis University. Annette worked for many years managing the medical records department at the University of Colorado Hospital. During the same time, she joined the teaching staff at Arapahoe Community College as an educator in the Medical Records program and made many lifelong friends, whom she adored. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Camille Bigalk and two brothers, Frankie and David Maynard. She is survived by her sister Marjean Gillaspie (Harold) of Omaha Nebraska; sons: Greg Bigalk (Brenda) of Seattle, WA; Bradley Bigalk (Roberta) of Wiggins, CO; Matthew Bigalk of Aurora, CO and Daniel Bigalk of Denver, CO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Monica, Morgan James, Colton, Charles, Megan, and Frankie and many nieces and nephews that she dearly loved. Annette loved to read and listen to music. She traveled extensively in her later years. Annette loved her friends and family and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved and was a faithful follower of her Saviour, Jesus Christ. She devoutly attended services at Colorado Community Church for many years. A memorial service celebrating her life will be planned in the near future.
