Our team of 12 that is going to Brazil worked with Fund the Nations to design and now sell t-shirts and hoodies for fundraising. All funds raised will be going toward general needs of the trip such as renting a car, purchasing craft kits, sports equipment to be donated to the church, extra baggage for the equipment, and a gift for the Brazilian Bible Church. Any extra raised will be split among those that are still fundraising for their personal expenses for the trip such as flights, visa costs, etc. The youth ministry that the team will be working with in Brazil is called “IDE” which means GO in Portuguese from the verse ”Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,“ Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭19. So in the spirit of unity, we used both English and Portuguese on the shirt. This is a pre-order and the order form will close on April 30. Click 'Register Now' to order. The design is the same on both styles, the t-shirt brand is Comfort Colors and the hoodie brand is Gildan. The t-shirt cost is $20 and the hoodie cost is $30 (2XL are $2 more and 3XL+ are $3 more per item).
